    You will then be transferred to Klarna page to complete a short loan application, they will check your identity and undertake a credit search so that you will receive a decision. You can select to pay in 3 payments with 0% interests for good under £250.00.
  • Arrange for your goods to be delivered – Finally, you will receive a link to simply confirm you are happy with your order. You’ll receive a phone call from us to arrange your delivery at a time to suit you.

Can You Take My Old Bed Away?

Unfortunately we can’t remove mattresses, bed frames, divans or other furniture.

How Should I Prepare For My Delivery?

We recommend that you make sure there is enough space for your new product to go in- however, if you are replacing something that you already have – we recommend that you do not throw away or recycle that item until you have checked that the product you’ve received is correct and in working order.

Do I need to take out insurance for my items?

How do I use Financing?

When you shop with us, Klarna’s system reviews your order to determine which payment options are available to you. If Financing is offered, simply select this option. The first Tim you shop with Financing. you will be asked to apply for a Klarna Account. If you’re approved Klarna will create an account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with Financing after that, you only need to agree to purchase and won’t need to sign up again.

How much can I borrow?

If you have chosen to pay with Financing by Klarna, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay.

Can I pay less than the amount owned each month?

You can at any time choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable).

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with a Klarna Account you need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address as well as name, billing address and your date of birth. Your mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It’s very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive monthly statements and so be liable for late payment fees.


How Much Will Delivery Cost?

Why Am I Not Asked To Book Delivery?

We operate a very personal service, so when you order an item, we will ring you to book a delivery time. On some occasions, you will receive tracking information with a delivery date.

When Will I Get My Order?

A loan credit check is normally a very quick process. As soon as this is done, your order will be passed back to us and we will contact you for delivery. You should receive your order within 2-3 days, though that may alter depending on the speed of credit check, stock availability and your ability to receive the delivery.


Can I Return My Purchase?

Yes. Within the Distance Selling Regulations, if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for any other reason (excluding manufacturing faults or misdescribed products), and report this-in writing- within 14 days from the date of delivery, you will be given the option to return the product to us for a refund or exchange. You must make sure that the goods are undamaged, not used and adequately packed- it’s your responsibility to return the product to us and to cover any associated costs.
